Leveling the lot and preserving native trees whenever possible are the first steps taken.  The architectural designer locates the home on the lot to take advantage of any special views.  Depending on which Pierce community you select, you may enjoy views of golf courses, lakes, trees, open green belts, jogging trails and park facilities.
