The first level has a
23 x 31 foot home theater with high definition front projector equipment that provides
home entertainment equivalent to most modern theaters. The kitchenette, card room,
exercise room and bedroom four has a magnificent view of the Lake. A work shop/gardening
room plus two mechanical rooms are also located on the first level. The game room opens to
a covered veranda that has an outdoor barbecue grill and cook top, refrigerator and built
in television for outdoor parties. The covered veranda opens to a fifty four foot long
pool which has a rock waterfall and landscape planters. A landscaped path meandering
through the trees provides a pleasant stroll from the pool and veranda to the beach line
of Lake Lewisville.
